Unity engine diagnostics

Unity engine diagnostics are separate from Google AdMob advertising services. The age choice for advertising does not disable Unity engine diagnostics. Therefore, not starting the advertising SDKs for users who select under 18 or prefer not to say does not mean that all processing within the diagnostics and device or other identifiers categories stops.

5. Your Choices and Withdrawal of Consent

Age choice and advertising services

Before starting advertising services, the game asks for your age group on each app launch. This choice is kept only in device memory for the current session; no date of birth is requested and the age choice is not sent to a server. Google AdMob and its advertising consent SDK are not started for users who select under 18 or prefer not to say, and the game’s core features remain available. Advertising services for users aged 18 or older start only after the applicable Google UMP consent checks. This choice does not disable Unity engine diagnostics, which are described separately.

For users aged 18 or older, where applicable to their region and device, choices about processing data for advertising are requested through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). In the app, open the main menu and select Settings → Ad Privacy Choices to reopen the privacy form Google makes available for your device and region and change your choices. The app explains when no privacy options form is required.

You can withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Refusing consent does not prevent access to the game’s core features. Depending on your choices and applicable requirements, ads may be restricted or unavailable. An optional reward offered for watching a rewarded ad depends on completion of that ad.

You can also manage advertising identifiers and tracking permissions in iOS or Android system settings. In-app ad privacy choices and the iOS permission for tracking across apps are separate controls. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete all previously processed data.

8. Data Retention and Local Saves

Game progress, coins and game preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account. The in-game progress reset resets game progress; it does not delete advertising service records or all privacy choices. Clearing app data through device settings or uninstalling the app may remove local data; some records may return through operating-system backup and restore features.

Support and request correspondence sent to Arcura Studio is retained while the request is handled and, only as necessary, for no more than 30 days after closure. Data that is no longer needed or covered by a valid deletion request is deleted or anonymised earlier, without waiting for this period to expire. Exceptions required by law are explained separately, including the data category and applicable period. See the Data deletion request section below for details.

Retention of advertising, security and measurement data processed by Google AdMob is governed by Google’s applicable policies and obligations. Arcura Studio does not guarantee a single deletion date for all such data. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s data retention explanation.

9. Your Personal Data Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information and access, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction where the conditions apply, object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

Send requests relating to data for which Arcura Studio is responsible to help@arcurastudio.com. We may request only the additional information necessary to handle your request securely. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. As the game has no account system, we may be unable to associate some device or advertising records with you; in that case, we explain the scope of the request and available options. Google’s privacy tools and request channels also apply to data it processes under its own responsibility.

10. Data deletion request — Sortheist 3D

Sortheist 3D is provided by Arcura Studio Animasyon Danışmanlık Yapım Ajans Ltd. Şti. The game does not require an account or login, so there is no Sortheist user account to delete. However, local game saves may exist on your device, we may hold support correspondence you send us, and Google AdMob may process technical data.

How to submit a request

1. Email help@arcurastudio.com with the subject “Sortheist 3D — Data deletion request”. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in.
2. Describe the data you want deleted. If you contacted support previously, include the email address you used or the date of the correspondence. Provide only information needed to locate the request; do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary identity documents.
3. We may request only information necessary to verify the scope of your request. If we cannot associate data with you, or a legal requirement prevents deletion, we explain the reason and available options.

Data deleted and data that may be retained

• Support data held by Arcura Studio: Support emails, contact details and attachments we can associate with you are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within the scope of your request. Data subject to a legal retention requirement is kept only to the extent and for the period required; we explain the reason, data category and applicable period.
• Game data on your device: Progress, coins and preferences are local saves. Arcura Studio cannot erase them remotely. The in-game progress reset resets progress only. To remove other local records, clear app data in your device settings or uninstall the app; operating-system backups may restore some records.
• Google AdMob data: Not all advertising, security and measurement records are directly controlled by Arcura Studio. We assess identifiable records for which we are responsible and requests that can be forwarded to a service provider. For records processed under Google’s own responsibility, use Google’s privacy tools and request channels. Withdrawing ad consent or resetting an advertising identifier does not automatically delete all previous records.

Processing and retention periods

• Deletion processing: We resolve requests as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt. For accepted requests, eligible data under Arcura Studio’s control is deleted or anonymised without undue delay, and we notify you of the outcome in writing or electronically. If a request is rejected in whole or in part, we explain the reasons. We request verification information only to the extent necessary. Any shorter period required by applicable law takes precedence.
• Support and request correspondence: Retained while the request is handled and, only as necessary, for no more than 30 days after closure. Records are deleted or anonymised earlier if no longer needed or covered by a valid deletion request; we do not wait for the end of this period. Data accepted for deletion is not kept as part of these records; the minimum information needed to handle or document the request is assessed separately. Any exception required by law and its applicable period is explained separately.
• Local game saves: May remain on your device until you delete or reset them, or they are removed by your device or operating system. Retention in operating-system backups depends on the backup service settings.
• Records processed by Google: Subject to Google’s retention and deletion policies, which vary by data type and purpose. Arcura Studio does not guarantee deletion of all such records within 30 days.
